Cedar Breaks National Monument
Point Supreme
We car camped at the Chessman Ridge Overlook, I was hoping that
the sun would come out in the morning, but it didn't. The park
still was pretty amazing, alot like Bryce Canyon, but much more
colorful. It looks like an earlier version of Bryce.

From the Chessman Ridge Overlook,
a few steps from the road, looking north.
From Chessman Overlook looking east,
Cedar City is visible from here (I cropped it out of the picture).
From Point Supreme looking north.
Further south down Byway 148 you'll see Navajo Lake.
This lake was naturally dammed by Lava,
water only exits via underground lava tubes.
Special thanks to Denyse
