Lake Solitude

Solitude Ski Resort - Honeycomb Cliffs - Wasatch Mountains -
Big Cottonwood Canyon, Salt Lake City, Utah

To get to Lake Solitude start at Silver Lake near Brighton and go west or right on the wooden walk-way. The trail is pretty level most of the way to the lake. On the way there, we passed a herd of girlscouts.

A close up view of the mine. Cold air was venting out of the mouth.
I would guess the air was about 30 degrees cooler.
